Born Jan. 2, 1920, in Stoystown, Pa., daughter of the late James and Lizzie (Stutzman) Metzgar. Preceded in death by four brothers: Terrance, Harry, Homer and George Metzgar. Survived by her husband, Walter Plummer; two daughters, Doris J. Jeager, Sutherland, Va., and J. Sue Muzzi, Wilmington, Del.; two sons, E. James Plummer, Williamsport, Md., and W. Louis Plummer Jr. Hagerstown, Md. She was a member of First Christian Church, Christian Women's Fellowship, Friendly Circle Sunday School Class, Sewing Circle, and Embroiders Guild. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at First Christian Church, 1345 Potomac Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Timothy J. Mabbott officiating. Burial, Rest Haven Cemetery.
