  VICTORIA G. PLUMMER
  
    Victoria G. Plummer, 92, formerly of Capitol Heights, died Monday,
  April 21, 1980 in Goodwill Mennonite Home.
    She was born July 25, 1887, in Ocean and was a daughter of the late
  George Giffen and Margaret (Robertson) Giffen.  Her husband, Fred M.
  Plummer, died in 1971.
    She was a member of the Methodist church and had worked as a
  federal government employee and a barber.
    She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted in the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth
  Zehr officiating.  Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland.
