  POCALANA
  
  Helen L. Pocalana, 73, of Somerset RD 2 died Jan. 31, 1979 in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born in Somerset County Dec 24, 1905, a
  daughter of Paul and Mary (Palik) Dorusha.  Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, Peter; one sister, Betty Fogia; and one brother,
  Pete.  Survived by these brothers and sisters: Catherine, wife of
  Louis Falsia of Somerset RD 2; John of Jennerstown; Mrs. Anito
  Simmons of Thompsonville, N.Y.; George of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Julia, wife
  of Mike Zanoni of Quecreek; Andrew of Somerset; and Mike of Rochester,
  Pa.  She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta. 
  Friends are being received at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home
  where wake service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday with Funeral
  Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. John's Roman Catholic Church,
  Acosta, with the Rev. J. Joseph Strittmatter officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
