  George Pohlit, 84, Pittsburgh, formerly of Listie, died Oct. 7, 1988
  at St. John's Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born May 20, 1905 in Austria. 
  Son of the late Martin and Tillie (Hollack) Pohlit.  Preceded in
  death by a sister, Mary.  Survived by these brothers and sisters:
  Charles (Mary Ellen) Yost, Johnstown; Michael (Bertha Peterson,
  Listie; Ann (George) Paxton, Windber; Helen Roman, Colorado; Julia
  (George) Cramer, Erie; Steve (Helen) Lugar, Johnstown; Nick (Marian)
  Koza, Denver, Colo.  Wake service and viewing was held Sunday evening
  in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial
  today (Monday) 10 a.m. in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church,
  Somerset.  Monsignor Tomaselli.  Interment Listie Cemetery.
