  POLICICCHIO, Gregorio (Greg) 06/12/07  Daily American
  
   Gregorio "Greg" Policicchio, 82, Stonycreek Street, Boswell, died June 10, 2007 at
  Somerset Hospital. Born March 14, 1925, in Lago, Italy, son of Beniamino "Benio" and
  Maria (Giordano) Policicchio. Preceded in death by parents, wife, the former Fortunata M.
  "Florence" Codispoti, on Sept. 6, 1978; and sisters, Carolina Policicchio and Filippina
  DeLuca. Survived by daughters, Maria, Rockwood, and Josephine "Pina,"married to Patrick
  Gibson, Boswell; brother, Bruno, Boswell; and special friend, Marge Speicher. Also
  survived by numerous other relatives and friends, including two special little friends,
  Jacob and Courtney Blough. He had been a cabinet maker at the former Morocco Woodwork
  Specialty, Somerset. Retired owner/operator of the former Greg's Tavern, Boswell, for
  many years. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish; Boswell Lodge 1780, Sons of Italy;
  Somerset County Old-timers Baseball Association; Jenner Rod and Gun Club; and the Boswell
  Volunteer Fire Department. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman
  Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased
  will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, followed by SOI memorial service at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass
  10 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints Church, Boswell. The Rev. Father Justin A. Ratajczak, OFM
  Conv., celebrant. Committal, Mount Carmel Cemetery, Jenner Crossroads.
