Born July 4, 1908, in Brothersvalley Township, a daughter of the late William M. and Gertrude M. (Menser) Lehman. Preceded in death by a son, Channing, and a sister, Blanch Lehman. Survived by her husband, John L.; and these children: Lt. Cmdr. Clifford E., Virginia Beach, Va.; Mrs. Charles (Eleanor) Mitchell, Somerset, RD 1; Jack, Patricia J. and Mrs. James (Pamla) K. Flick, all of Somerset; George E., Somerset RD 5; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Survived by a brother, Galen E. Lehman, Chattanooga, Tenn. Member of the First Christian Church, Somerset. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Gene Sellers. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Daily American, May 23, 1984 [P0788]
