POORBAUGH William Henry Poorbaugh, 70, of Corriganville, Md., died Jan. 14, 1973, at his residence. A native of Meyersdale, he was a son of Mrs. Annie (Martz) Poorbaugh and the late Harvey E. Poorbaugh. He was a former resident of Wellersburg. Also surviving are his wife, the former Maude G. Robinette; three children, Earl E. Poorbaugh, LaVale; Mrs. Harry Scritchfield, Mechanicsburg; and Mrs. John L. Clauson, Corriganville; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a brother, Earl R. Poorbaugh, Baltimore; and a sister, Mrs. Myles Matthews, Mt. Savage RD 1. He was a retired painting contractor and was a life member of Painters Local 947. He was also a member of christ Lutheran Church, LaVale, and of the Wellersburg Volunteer Fire Department. Funeral service was conducted Wednesday morning in Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with Rev.
