  ALBERT PORTERFIELD
  
    Albert J. Porterfield, 72, of Confluence RD 1, died Dec. 3, 1977,
  in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Sept. 16, 1905 in Lower
  Turkeyfoot Township, the son of James and Ida (Ream) Porterfield.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Dolly Lytle and the
  following children:  Mrs. Nancy Bigam, Mill Run; Shelda Jean
  Porterfield, at home; Mrs. Betty Harford, Uniontown; Mrs. Nettie Sue
  Sloan, Hopwood; and James, Confluence, also six grandchildren.  He is
  survived by two brothers, John and Lloyd, both of Confluence and one
  sister, Mrs. Sue Redrick, Confluence.
    Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home
  with Rev. Donald Dehaven officiating.  Interment, Sugar Loaf Cemetery.
