  POWELL
  
  Kenneth C. Powell, 72, of Stoystown RD 2, died October 27 in
  residence.  He was born January 12, 1904 in Shade Twp., son of Willis
  L. and Gertrude Berkebile Powell.  He was preceded in death by his
  parents and two sisters, Ethel Lohr and Marion Berkheimer.
  He is survived by his wife, the former Hazel Lohr.  He was a brother
  of James of Kantner; Mrs. Virgil (Maude) Wagner of Somerset; Harry
  and Anson both of Stoystown RD 2.  He was a former coal miner and
  Shade Twp. supervisor.  Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m.
  Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown,
  where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Edward R.
  Cuthrell, minister, officiating.  Interment, Otterbein Cemetery.
