Born Nov. 28, 1912, in Jenners, son of Samuel and Mary (Wysotski) Poznanski. Preceded in death by parents and brother, John. Survived by wife, the former Pauline Martin, and these children: Mary Ann, wife of James Gaudlip, Avon Park; Andrew Jr., married to the former Eileen Francis, Jerome; Thomas, married to the former Eileen Spisak, Avon Park, and Richard, married to the former Joan Blough, Davidsville; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ann, wife of Rudolph Moroziewicki Sr., Avon Park, and sister-in-law, Pauline Poznanski, Detroit, Mich. Member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Avon Park. A former miner and retired foreman for PennDOT. Observed 55th wedding anniversary May 17, 1996. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne Chapel, Jerome (the former Holy Cross Church), Rev. Father Conrad Salach, O.F.M. Conv. celebrant. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery.
