  C. ALTON PRESSON
  
    C. Alton Presson, 59, of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, died Thursday,
  September 29, 1983, in the Crossville,* Tennessee Hospital.
    Born in Carroll County, Tenn., September 28, 1924, he was the
  eldest son of Albert and Beulah Presson.  Preceded in death by his
  father, he is survived by his wife, the former Maxine L. (Finzel)
  Presson and these children: Mrs. Roger (Carol) Engholm, of Massillon,
  Ohio; Mrs. Gary (Patty) King, of Clarkston, Michigan; Mrs. Debbie
  Montague, of Ann Arbor, Michigan; Dean A. Presson of Fairfield Glade,
  Tenn.; and five grandchildren: Christian Engholm, Jason Engholm,
  Bethany King, Sarah King, and Melissa Montague.
    Mrs. Presson is the daughter of the late Nelson and Blanche
  (Mankamyer) Finzel, of Akron, Ohio; and the niece of Margaret Weimer,
  of Meyersdale; and Idella Wagner, of Finzel, Md.
    He is also survived by his mother, of Lake Worth, Florida, and two
  brothers, Robert Presson, of Bedford, Ohio; and Charles Presson, of
  Milton, Florida.
    A Memorial Service was held in the Fairfield Glade Community Church
  in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, at 1 p.m.; October 3, 1983.
