   Franklin "Bob" J. Preston, 84, Somerset, and Fairmont, W.Va., died Sept. 30, 2006, at
  Somerset Hospital. Friends may call at from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday the Ross
  Funeral Home, 801 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, W.Va. (304-366-0920). A service will be held
  10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert A. Perriello officiating. Interment
  will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Pruntytown, W.Va.
