Born Feb. 24, 1925, in Somerset. Son of Charles Martin and Sadie (Cramer) Presuhn. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Paul Presuhn. Survived by wife, the former Helen Theresa Datko, to whom he was married 42 years; children: Mrs. Jay (Sandra) Stanton, Freeland, Pa.; Michael A. Presuhn, married to the former Gail Griffith, Sipesville; grandchildren: Cory E. Page, Aaron M. Presuhn and Amy B. Presuhn; great-grandson, Cory E. Kawalig. Member and past commander of VFW Post 554, Somerset, and past VFW state commander. Veteran U.S. Army Air Corps, World War II and U.S. Air Force, Korean War. Retired employee of Svonavec Coal Co. with 27 years of service, retiring in 1978. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Msgr. Samuel J. Tomaselli officiating. Interment, Listie Catholic Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch: Hospice, 651 South Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
