    Edward W. Pretko Sr., 65, of Bethel St., Hollsopple (Maple Ridge)
  died Dec. 27, 1998 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born in
  Windber, son of the late Felix and Theodora (Krawasky) Predko [sic?]
  Sr.  Survived by wife, the former Lydia C. Bush; six children, 16
  grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Also survived by
  mother-in-law, Ivy Pearl (Blough) Bush of Meyersdale; three brothers
  and two sisters.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Davidsville, where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday.  Interment, Kaufman
  Cemetery, Davidsville.
