  EDNA (PAYNE) PRICE
  
    Edna (Payne) Price, 92, of Largo, Fla., formerly of Meyersdale,
  died June 16, 1983, at the Bruce Manor Nursing Home in Clearwater,
  Fla.
    Born in Connellsville March 12, 1891, she was a daughter of the
  late William F. Payne and Marie (Ansell) Payne.  Her husband, Frank
  H. Price, died in 1947.
    She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Meyersdale.
    Surviving are one son, Vice Admiral Frank H. Price Jr., (USN-Ret.),
  and two great-grandchildren.
    Graveside services were conducted in Union Cemetery by the Rev.
  Wayne Rickard.
    The Leckemby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
