  GEORGE R. PRICE
  
    George R. Price, 83, Confluence, died Friday, Nov. 25, at the home
  of his son, Dr. Edwin M. Price, Confluence.
    An employee of Union Switch and Signal Co., until his retirement in
  1944, he later worked as general handyman at Price's Hospital in
  Confluence until it closed several years ago.  He was organist at
  Swissvale Presbyterian Church, Braddock Methodist Church and later at
  the Confluence Methodist Church.  He belonged to Free and Accepted
  Masons in Braddock.
    In addition to his son, he is also survived by a sister, Sadie
  Loesal, Jamestown, Pa.; a brother, James R. Price, Pompano, Fla.; and
  these grandchildren: Mrs. Ronald Koontz, Confluence RD 1; Betty Price,
  Wilkes-Barre; John R. Price, in the Navy in New Jersey and Eddie Price
  at home.
    Funeral service was held Monday morning in the Humbert Funeral
  Home, Confluence.  Interment was in Monongahela Cemetery, North
  Braddock.
