Zeigler Funeral Home for John Wayne Prinkey, 41, who was killed Saturday night, February 16, 1985, in an automobile accident on Route 35 north of Corriganville, Md. The Rev. Fay E. Leidig will officiate, with interment in the Hyndman Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Born in Normalville June 24, 1943, Mr. Prinkey was a son of Mrs. Sylvia (Rowan) Prinkey, Normalville, and the late John A. Prinkey. Besides his mother, he is survived by his widow, the former Elaine S. Sheetz; three sons, Robert Prinkey, at home; Bruce Prinkey, Cheyenne, Wyo.; John Prinkey, of Ohio; five daughters, Sue Prinkey, Marian Prinkey and Peggy Prinkey, all at home; Charlotte Prinkey, Cheyenne, Wyo.; Hazel Prinkey, of Ohio; a stepdaughter, Joy Mitchell, at home; five brothers, Clark Prinkey, of Ohio; George Prinkey, Jacksonville, Fla.; Gerald Prinkey, Douglas Prinkey and Raymond Prinkey, all of Normalville; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Mansberry, Normalville; Mrs. Mary Radcliff, Hyndman; Mrs. Elsie Parsons, Hyndman RD 1; Mrs. Nancy Richter, of New York; Mrs. Shirley Caddy, Kansas City, Mo.
