    Jay Pritts, 83, of Berlin died July 14, 1994, at home.  Born May 2,
  1911, in Brothersvalley Township.  Son of Robert and Susan (Brant)
  Pritts.  Preceded in death by parents; sons, William and David;
  brothers, Frank and Ross, and sisters, Melda Custer and Ada
  Lindsay.  Survived by his wife of 59 years, the former Elizabeth
  "Betty" Miller, and these children: Robert; LaRue, married to Jay
  Engleka; Nancy, married to Roger Weyant, and Connie, married to John
  Will, all of Berlin; Theodore of York, and Debbie, married to David
  Werner, of Glenncoe.  Also 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. 
  Brother of Leora Miller, Somerset.  An avid fisherman, he was retired
  from the Coleman Co. and was a member of the Berlin Brethren Church. 
  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m.
  Sunday, the Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF
  Cemetery.
