Pritts, 88, of Champion, died Nov. 14, 1999, in Somerset Hospital. Born April 10, 1911, in Indian Head, a son of the late John and Nancy (Adams) Pritts. Life-long resident of the Indian Head area. Worked as a coal miner for 20 years and later retired as a union construction worker. Member of the Indian Head Church of God. Survived by a daughter, Audrey Baldwin and her husband Ted of Champion; a granddaughter, Barbara Lehr of Panama City, Fla., and great-grandson, Greggory Lehr; a brother, John C. Pritts of Champion, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Opal M. (Eutsey) Pritts on Oct. 7, 1999, and 2 sisters, Blanche Temple Pletcher and Luella Pritts. Friends will be received from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711 Melcroft, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with Rev. Dennis Arndt officiating. A committal service and interment will follow in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Saltlick Township, Fayette County. Daily American, November 16, 1999 [P0999]
