Born Jan. 6, 1938, the son of the late Ellis Pritts and Alma (Ross) Pritts and was preceded in death by one brother, William G. Pritts. Mr. Pritts was a member of the Summit Mills Grace Brethren Church, a life member and Post Commander of the Harris-Walker VFW Post 8826, Salisbury; life member of Grantsville American Legion Post 214, and life member of the 82nd Airborne Association. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Fitzpatrick) Pritts, one son, Ralph Pritts Jr. and wife, Teresa, Bland, Va.; one daughter, Lori Keister, and husband, Ron, of Frostburg, Md.; two brothers, Ray Pritts, Elyria, Ohio and Ellis Pritts, Jr., Lancaster; four sisters, Eunice Walter, Somerset; Rose Pritts, Salisbury; Carol Kyle, Meyersdale; and Janet Heller, Johnstown; and three grandchildren, Ronald Keister, Jr., Kendra Pritts and Ryan Pritts. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Fetter officiating. Interment will be in the Grantsville Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by various area service organizations.
