Pritts was working on a Route 18 construction project at Clark, near Sharon. He was born April 10, 1942, a son of Frank B. and Sarah E. (Fulton) Pritts. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Clara (Shaulis) Pritts; two children, Russell B., Jr. and Valerie Ann, both at home; the following brothers and sisters; Burton H., Mrs. Earl Foust, and Mrs. Harry Cane, all of Rockwood RD 2; George W., Aberdeen, Md.; Mrs. Dwight Whipkey, Rockwood RD 3; Mrs. Gerald Peck, Normalville; and Mrs. Fred Livengood, Mentor, Ohio. Friends were received Saturday in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, where services were held Monday, with Rev. Gerald Deffenbaugh officiating.
