  SAMUEL A. PRITTS
  
    Samuel A. Pritts, 88, of Milton, Pa., formerly of Garrett, died
  March 25, 1972, in Evangelical Hospital, Lewisburg.  Born May 13,
  1883, in Garrett, he was a son of the late Jacob and Catherine
  (Atchinson) Pritts.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former
  Alberta Werner, in 1967. 
    Surviving are three children: Charles A. Pritts, of Valencia RD 2;
  A. Luella, wife of Charles Moyers of New Stanton; and Dorothy, wife
  of John Hummel of Milton; also eight grandchildren and four great
  grandchildren.
    A life-long member of Grace United Church of Christ of Garrett, he
  was also a member of the United Mine Workers and was a charter member
  of the Laurel Falls Association.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Price Funeral Home
  with Rev. Robert Robertson officiating.  Interment in Highland
  Cemetery, Garrett.
