Prugh, 91, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. formerly of Berlin, died Jan. 23, 2003 at Imperial Point Medical Center, Fort Lauderdale. Born Jan. 13, 1912, in Burnham, son of Rev. Harry C. Prugh Sr. and Mary Alice (Sutliff) Prugh. Preceded in death by parents, wife, the former Amelda Ruby, brother Paul, and two infant sisters. He was a 1935 graduate of University of Pittsburgh Dental School. He was a dentist in Berlin for 40 years. Member of First Presbyterian Church, Fort Lauderdale, and former member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin, and the Somerset Country Club. Charter member of the Berlin Lions Club. Member of Berlin V.F.W., having served in World War II with the Army Air Corps in the United States and the Philippines.
