Born in Brothersvalley Township February 5, 1885. A son of Edward and Rebecca (Sivits) Pugh. Preceded in death by his wife Cora Engleka in 1955, three sons, Richard, killed in Italy during WW II, James and Telford, and three brothers. Survived by two sons and two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Trimpey, Los Angeles, Calif., and Betty, wife of J. J. Phillips, Friedens RD 1, Manford and Kenneth both of Warren, Ohio.29 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and one brother, Homer of Van Meter. He was a member of the United Church of Christ, Friedens and the U.M.W.A., Quecreek local and he was a retired miner. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today, Wednesday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Other arrangements incomplete.
