  JAMES WILLIAM PUGH
  
    James William Pugh, 76, Confluence, died Dec. 19, 1979, suddenly at
  his home.
    He was born May 28, 1903 in Somerset, and was a son of Ross B. Pugh
  and Ada Sechler.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Ringer, and one son. 
  He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Ann Palmer, Davison, N.C.;
  two grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Ruth Pugh, St. Petersburg, Fla.,
  and Mrs. Robert Paton, Worthington, Ohio; and one aunt, Miss Sadie
  Sechler, Listie.  He was a member of the Somerset Masonic Lodge 358.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, with
  funeral services held Swith [sic] the Rev. Richard Shellenberger
  officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
