Born May 2, 1907, in Somerset, son of the late Albert and Cora (Engelka) Pugh. Also preceded in death by three brothers and his wife, Josephine Hanger Pugh, who died in 1972. Survived by these children: Mrs. Robert (Geraldine) Cramer, Cortland, Ohio; Mrs. Richard (Flora) Jewell, Howland, Ohio; Stanford "Ray" and Robert, both of Lordstown, Ohio; Manford "Jay," Cleveland; Glenn, Salt Lake City, Utah; and Donald, Niles, Ohio; also 23 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Brother of: Mrs. Betty Phillips, Somerset; Mrs. Ruth Trimpey, Hollywood, Calif.; and Kenneth William Pugh, Warren, Ohio. A resident of Warren since 1953, he retired from Republic Steel Corporation in 1972. Member of United Mine Workers and United Steel Workers, he attended Niles Christian Assembly Church.
