PUGH Mary Ethel Pugh, 52, died Sunday November 11, 1984, at the Morgan County War Memorial Hospital, Berkley Springs, W. Virginia. Born Sept. 25, 1932 in Eckhart, Md., she was a daughter of the late William Plummer and Evelyn (Pape) Plummer. She was a member of the Hancock, Md., Church of God. Surviving are: her husband, James Pugh; two daughters: Evelyn Harden, and Ruth Stotler, both of Berkley Springs, W.Va.; a stepson, James R. Pugh, Berkley Springs; two stepdaughters: Susi Yost, Whitacre, Va.; and Mrs. Barbara Ann Pugh, Hanging Rock; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Cartwright, Cumberland, Md.; three brothers: Oliver Plummer, West Salisbury; James Plummer, Cumberland, and David Plummer, LaVale, Md.; and ten grandchildren. Services were conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home by the Rev. Eugene Harne. Interment, the family cemetery. The Republic, November 15, 1984 [P1076]
