  WILLIAM PUGH
  
    William Pugh, 89, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Aug. 26, 1978 in
  Berlin.  Born Feb. 14, 1889 in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late
  Charles and Mary (Keenan) Pugh.
    He is survived by three sisters: Stella, wife of Edward Bryant of
  San Jose, Calif.; Mrs. Nell Bolden of Meyersdale; and Mrs. Gertrude
  Carroll of Alexandria, Va.  He was a veteran of World War I.
    Friends were received at the Leckemby Funeral Home in Meyersdale
  where services were conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bobby
  Phillips officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
