  Donald Mack Putman, 63, Rockwood, passed on Nov. 3, 2005, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born Dec. 5, 1941, in Casselman, he is the son of the late Albert and Estella
  (Houpt) Putman. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Jeffrey Scott
  Putman and stepdaughter Kim Fetterman. He is survived by his wife, Karen
  (Decker) Putman, Rockwood; son David Putman and wife Melissa, Rockwood;
  daughter Penny and husband Paul McKeown, Okinawa; grandchildren Kylie and
  Karina Putman and Trey, Ian and Jared McKeown; stepdaughter, Christine Snyder,
  Rockwood; step grandchildren, Stephanie and Austin Percinsky; sisters, Kay
  Munsell, Clark Lake, Mich.; Lois Ryan, Washington state; and Gail May,
  Casselman. He was a retired maintenance manager for Somerset Plastic Inc. He
  was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was fond of NASCAR racing and enjoyed the
  outdoors including camping and hunting rattlesnakes. Friends may call from 2 to
  9 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where a service will be held
  at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. James Monticue officiating. Interment Rockwood
  IOOF Cemetery with full military honors by the Somerset County Honor Guard.
