  PYLE
  
    Dorothy M. Pyle, 79, of Broadway Street, Rockwood, died Jan. 11,
  1998 in Meyersdale Manor, Meyersdale.  Born Nov. 7, 1918 in Rockwood,
  a daughter of the late Eli and Ida (Reesman) Phillippi.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Joseph E., and a number of half brothers and
  half sisters.  Survived by a son, Earl M. Pyle, Somerset and Doris B.
  Pyle, Rockwood; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and one
  brother, Homer Philippi of Erin, Tenn.  Member of the Roof Garden
  Christian Church.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today in
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at
  11 a.m. Tuesday.  Mr. Roy A. Worsham officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
