    Elaine M. Pyle, 70, of Friedens RD 2, died Sept. 4, 1994 at Patriot
  Manor, Somerset.  Born March 30, 1924 in Friedens.  Daughter of the
  late Willard and Edna (Rhoads) Lease.  Survived by husband of 49
  years, Donald A. Pyle; sons, Richard, married to the former Carol
  Snyder, Friedens RD 2; and Roger, Wilmington, N.C.; grandsons, Daniel
  and Donald J. Pyle and stepmother, Miriam Lease of Westminster, Md. 
  Sister of Edith Hoffman, Berlin; Arlene Cassady, Camp Verde, Ariz.;
  and Elvin Lease, Friedens.  A graduate of Somerset Township High
  School.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed quilting
  and growing flowers.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Private funeral
  service at the convenience of the family, with Rev. James R. Ling
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Instead of
  flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Friedens Lutheran
  Church Memorial Fund, Friedens, Pa, 15541.
