    James L. Pyle, 77, of Somerset, passed away Dec. 28, 1998 at Siemon
  Lakeview Manor Estate. Born Nov. 15, 1921 in Somerset.  Son of Edward
  and Laura (Keller) Pyle.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by
  wife, Evanell (Vogel) Pyle and step children: John A., married to
  Betty L. Vogel, Fort Hill; Edwin L., married to Nancy Vogel, Fort
  Hill; and Mrs. Richard E. (Virginia) Ross, Somerset.  Also 11
  grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Member of First United
  Methodist Church, Somerset.  Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in
  World War II.  Retired employee of Fleetwood Manufacturing.  Friends
  will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home,
  Somerset, where funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m.,
  Thursday, Rev. Patricia Nelson officiating. Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the
  American Cancer Society or In-Touch Hospice.
