  Robert W. Pyle, 49, of 818 E. Third St., Salem, Ohio died at
  Community Hospital, East Unit at 11:45 a.m. July 19.  He was born
  Aug. 10, 1923 in Somerset.  He was the son of Russel and Ethel (Long)
  Pyle.  He was a veteran of WWII and a member of the Church of the
  Nazarene.  He is survived by three sisters: Mrs. Charlotte Conser of
  Salem, Ohio, Mrs. Loris Bender of Somerset and Mrs. Fay Grove of
  Carlisle.  Services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Stark
  Memorial Funeral Home in Salem, Ohio. A graveside ceremony will be
  held at 1 p.m. Monday at Somerset Memorial Park.
