Pyle, 48, of Somerset, died March 16, 1984, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Jan. 24, 1936, in Boswell, son of Arthur and Edna (Adams) Pyle of Boswell. Survived by wife, the former Clara Grace Saylor, and these children: Ronald L. Jr. of Bridgeville, and Sharon and Brian, both of Somerset. Brother of Mrs. Lloyd (Marietta) Koontz of Blairsville and of Lanham, Md. Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and an employee of Somerset State Hospital. Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. Past president of Keystone Chapter of Hospital Pharmacists. Instructor of Tae Kown Do Karate and recipient of black belt. Veteran of the Korean War. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
