Born May 13, 1911 in Milford Township, son of William and Margaret (Pyle) Pyle. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Gladys Pyle, Nora Ream, Marie Kretchman and Nellie Critchfield and brothers Theodore and Walter Pyle; also an infant sister. Survived by his wife, the former Dorothy E. Younkin, son Ronald (married to Judy Kipp) Pyle and daughter Jennifer (married to Kyle) Cramer, both of Somerset, also daughters Sandra Pyle, Pittsburgh and Sharon Caha, Frederick, Md. and step-son Jeffrey Ward of North Carolina, and grandchildren Dixie Chappell, Amber and April Pyle, and Seth and Dylan Cramer; also great-granddaughter Jordan Rene Chappell. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset and the N.R.A. A past member of Rotary International. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday. Rev.
