  QUALTERS
  
  Frank J. Qualters. 92, formerly of McKeesport and Dravosburg, died
  Dec. 20, 2000 at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset.  Surviving
  are sons, John B.  Quakers of McKeesport and Thomas F. Quakers, of
  Somerset; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one
  great-great-grandchild.  Retired from USX, McKeesport, Pa.  Friends
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Tuesday at  Strifflers' of White Oak,
  1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, Pa. 15131.  Mass of Christian Burial at
  10 a.m., Wednesday at St. Martin De Porres, St. Peter's worship site,
  Market Street, McKeesport.  Burial in New St. Joseph's Cemetery.
