ALBERT QUATTRO

  The remains of Pfc. Albert L. Quattro, killed in action on Leyte Island, 
Philippines, Dec. 23, 1944, was returned to Meyersdale for burial this week.  He 
served in the Army two years, going overseas in June 1943.
  Pfc. Quattro was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donato Quattro, and was born 
in Bell, Pa.  He was 22 years of age at death.  His father died in December, 
1947, in Meyersdale.  His mother passed away a number of years ago.
  He is survived by five sisters - Florence, Mary, Nancy, Irene and Angeline, 
all living in Meyersdale.
  Military funeral services will be held Friday morning at nine o'clock in SS. 
Philip and James Church.  Burial will be made in the Catholic cemetery, R. Reich 
& Son, morticians, in charge.
