ARTHUR QUELLMAIZ

Miner Fatally Injured

  Arthur Quellmaiz, 39, a miner employed by the Consolidation Coal Company at 
Acosta, was fatally injured by a fall of slate while at work in the mines last 
Sunday at 2 a.m.  He was removed to the Johnstown Memorial Hospital, where he 
expired at 4:30.  Surviving are his wife and three children, Oscar, Ida and 
Arthur, Jr.  One brother, Rev. Quellmaiz, of Palatka, Fla., also survives.
