QUINN James Theodore Quinn, 78, of Richmond, VA, formerly of Clifton Forge, VA, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1993 at St. Mary's Hospital, Richmond. He was born in Meyersdale on Sept. 3, 1915, a son of the late Joseph and Grace (Mervine) Quinn. Mr. Quinn was retired from Westvaco and the State of Virginia and had served in the U. S. Army during WW II. He is survived by his wife, Nora White Clark Quinn, Richmond, VA; one daughter, Catherine Montague Quinn, Covington, VA; one stepdaughter, Ann Shriberg, Norfolk, MA; three stepsons: Robert L. Clark, Chesterfield, VA; Stephen A. Clark, Midlothian, MD; and Raymond H. Clark, Titusville, FL; one sister, Rita Weimer, Midlothian, MD; four step-grandchildren, three great-step-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph, John and Richard Quinn. Funeral services were held Thursday at the Nicely Funeral Home Chapel, Clifton Forge, VA, with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Interment, Galatia Cemetery, Gala, VA. There will be a memorial service held Sunday, Oct. 3 at the Wistar Heights United Methodist Church, 8001 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, VA.
