  GERALD RAFFERTY 
  
  Gerald (Jerry) L. Rafferty, 45, of Highlands, Calif., a Frostburg native,
  died in California, April 24, 1981.  He was born in Frostburg, Md., and was
  a son of the late Joseph Rafferty and Maude (Luckhard) Rafferty.  He was a
  member of the Catholic Church, and an Air Force veteran who had served in
  Vietnam.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Rafferty; one daughter,
  Michellann Rafferty, New Orleans, La.; one brother, Donald Rafferty, of
  Grantsville, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Delores Albright and Mrs. Darlene
  Malbous, both of Akron, Ohio and seven step-children.  Services were held in
  the Shaw Mortuary, San Bernadino, Calif.
