RAKER James Willard (Bill) Raker, 73, of RD 1, Keyser, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1985, at Potomac Valley Hospital. He was born April 5, 1912 in Hustontown, Fulton County, son of the late George Raker and Gertrude (Laidig) Raker. He was a retired employee of the bookmobile division of the Mineral County library system. He was a former restaurant owner and farmer in Mineral County. Survivors include his widow, the former Betty Jane White; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Claycomb, Bedford; one niece, Mrs. Robert Morgan, Johnstown; and two nephews, Kerry Claycomb, Berlin, and Kevin Claycomb, Bedford. Friends were received at the Markwood - McKenzie Funeral Home where services were conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Andrew Agnew. Interment, Potomac Memorial Gardens.
