  ALBERT L. RALEY SR.
   
  Albert L. Raley Sr., 61, was dead on arrival Tuesday, March 31, 1987 at
  Frostburg Community Hospital, Md.  Born in Finzel, Md., he was the son of
  the late Clarence and Barbara (McKenzie) Raley.  He was retired from the
  Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company.  He was a member of the Seventh
  Day Adventist Church and was an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving are
  his widow, Betty (Cutter) Raley; three sons, Albert L. Raley Jr.,
  Cumberland, Md.; Donald Raley, Frostburg, Md.; and Mark Raley, at home; two
  daughters, Mrs. Betty McKenzie, Oldtown, Md.; and Ann Raley, at home; four
  sisters, Mrs. Ruth Fate, Salisbury; Mrs. Verna McKenzie and Mrs. Evelyn
  McKenzie, both of Frostburg RD 2 Md.; and Mrs. Dorothy Arnold, Finzel, Md.;
  one brother, Gordon Raley, Finzel, Md. and 10 grandchildren.  Sowers Funeral
  Home, Frostburg, Md. was in charge of arrangements.
