  RALEY
  
  Jane Louise Raley, 80, of Somerset, Milford Township, died June 28, 2002 at
  Patriot Manor.  Born Sept. 20, 1921 in Johnstown, she is the daughter of the
  late Melvin and Myrtle (Wingard) Cobaugh.  Also preceded in death by a
  brother Melvin.  Survived by husband, Freeman A. Raley and sisters: Phyllis
  Riffle of Conemaugh and Arvona Johnson of Fairview, Member of Somerset
  Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, graduate of Conemaugh High School and employed at
  Johnstown Bethlehem Steel during World War II.  Friends received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset
  where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. William Basinger
  officiating.  Interment in Richland Cemetery.
