  THOMAS C. RALEY 
  
  Thomas C. Raley, 70, of Kemp Drive, Frostburg, Maryland, died August 7,
  1983 at Frostburg Community Hospital, Frostburg, Maryland.  He was born in
  Gilman, and was a son of the late Clarence M. Raley and M. Loretta (Laura)
  (McKenzie) Raley.  He was a retired farmer.  He was a member of St. Michael's
  Catholic Church.  He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Fate, Salisbury ;
  Mrs. Verna McKenzie, Mrs. Dorothy Arnold and Mrs. Evelyn McKenzie, all of
  Frostburg RD 2; four brothers, Raymond Raley, with whom he resided; John
  Raley, Frostburg; Albert Raley, Gilman; Gordon Raley, Frostburg RD 2.
  Friends were received at the Sowers Funeral Home where services were
  conducted by Father Joseph Bonadaio.  Interment was in Finzel Cemetery.
  Active pallbearers, all nephews, were David McKenzie, John McKenzie Jr.,
  James Minick, Albert Raley Jr., James Raley and Stanley Raley.  Honorary
  pallbearers were Raymond Raley, John Raley Jr., Robert Brode and Victor
  Twigg.
