  RAMP
  
  Margaret Ramp, 74, of Colonial Heights, Va., formerly of Somerset, died
  Aug. 12, 1990, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Jan. 10, 1916, in Bethlehem, Pa.,
  daughter of late David and Ida (Deneen) Griffith.  Preceded in death by
  brothers, Arthur and William; also dear friend, Chester Elroy Whipkey.
  Survived by five children: Richard Ramp, Chesapeake Beach, Md.; Mrs. Wayne
  (Peggy) Matkins, Dunkirk, Md.; Mrs. Peter (Ruth) Savage, Monmouth Beach,
  NJ.; Frances Rayman, Rockwood; Mrs. Craig (Barbara) Maurer, Colonial
  Heights, Va.; also 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and brother,
  Wilbert Griffith, Jerome.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  today (Tuesday) at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Harold Spellman officiating.  Interment,
  Maple Spring Cemetery, Jerome.
