  CARL L. RAYMOND
  
  Carl L. Raymond, age 60, 642 Gridley st., Akron, formerly of Meyersdale,
  passed away Dec. 9 in St. Thomas Hospital, Akron, where he was hospitalized
  suffering from a heart condition.  Born Dec. 14, 1903, he was a son of the
  late Fred and Ida (Dahl) Raymond, and the eldest of their nine children.
  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sally Might, Akron, Mrs. Judy Winemiller,
  Mogadore, Ohio, and a sun, James, also of Akron; and eight grandchildren.  He
  was a brother of George, Pontiac, Mich.; John, Denver, Colo.; Joseph and
  Danny, Meyersdale: William, Cumberland; Mrs. Kathryn Bennett, Mrs. Marjorie
  Hewczuk and Mrs. Mary Kerr, all of Coatesville, Pa.  He was preceded in death
  by his wife, Mae, four years ago.  Funeral service was held Monday at
  Eckward-Baldwin Funeral Home, Akron, with interment in Greenlawn cemetery,
  Akron.
