  ROSE C. RAYMOND 
  
  Rose C. Raymond, 81, formerly of Park Street, Friendsville, Md., died
  Friday, Dec. 23, 1988, at Dennett Road Manor in Oakland, Md.  Born in
  Friendsville, Md., on Sept. 10, 1907, she was a daughter of the late Henry
  and Ida (Kerling) Shevel.  She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Shirley
  Thomas, Oakland, Md.; two sons, Ronald Tressler, Sanford, Fla.; and Clayton
  Tressler, Confluence; 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
  Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home where services were
  conducted in the funeral home Monday, 10 a.m., by the Rev. Harold Harman.
  Interment, Steele Cemetery.
