  REAM
  
  Alverta Marie Ream, 88, of Somerset, formerly of Listie, died Nov. 20, 2000
  at Somerset Hospital.  Born March 23, 1912 in Middlecreek Township, the
  daughter of Charles M. and Carrie Belle (Pyle) Whipkey.  Preceded in death
  by husband Wilbur Ray Ream, who died June 18, 1993, and two brothers, Jay
  B. and Reid E. Whipkey.  Survived by children: Mrs. Kenneth E. (Ruth)
  Shockey of Friedens, Mrs. Robert (Rhea) Holder of Fayetteville, N.C., and
  Ms. Judy L. Swank of Somerset; 10 grandchildren, and 12
  great-grandchildren.  Member of Faith Lutheran Church, former member of
  Listie Fire Department Auxiliary.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset where service will
  be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Kenneth M. Diable
  officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions can be
  made to the Faith Lutheran Church, 6567 Glades Pike, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
