Ream, 83, formerly of West Tibbitt St., Geneva, died Jan. 10, 1998, at the Carrington Park Nursing Home in Ashtabula, Ohio. Born Jan. 29, 1914 in East Liberty, daughter of Earl and Anna (Roche) Kuhns. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, George McCallister in 1945 and John Ream in 1965; by a sister, Luella Robles and 3 grandchildren, Terri Ann, Bobbi Jo and Robert. Surviving is a son, John W. Ream of Somerset; 3 daughters, Ann Cole and Terri Flick, of Ashtabula and Karen Park of Geneva; 2 sisters, Dorothy Ostberg of San Jose, Calif., and Madelyn Lilja of Pittsburgh; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She has been an Ashtabula resident for the past five years, coming from Somerset. In Somerset, she owned Ream's Beauty Salon until her retirement. Her hobbies are knitting and crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Madison congregation of the Jehovah's Witness in Madison, Ohio. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Ross-Billman Funeral Home, a Family Care Group affiliate, 526 Prospect Road, Ashtabula, with Don Lucas of the Madison congregation of Jehovah's Witness presiding.
