Ream, 68, East Catherine Street, Somerset, died Feb. 16, 1981, at Somerset Community Hospital. He was born Dec. 14, 1912, in Berlin, son of the late John C. and Lulu E. (Brant) Ream. He is survived by widow, former Nora Pyle; brother, Ray R., Somerset; and uncle, William M. Brant, Somerset. He was an army veteran of World War II; member of Somerset Post, VFW, and Somerset Grange, past noble grand of Somerset Lodge, IOOF. He was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset; well-known Somerset plumber, having retired in 1975. Friends were received at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where services were conducted with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. The Republic, February 19, 1981 [R163]
